Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin is seeking a disciplined Machine Operator to support Accessories production. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and following work instructions while maintaining the 6S standards and key metrics in the department.

The operator will safely run light manufacturing equipment, assist in equipment upkeep, and record production data. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, strong math and analytical skills, and a proven mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate light manufacturing equipment and follow work instructions during Milwaukee Tool Accessories production.

• Record production data with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Ensure equipment is meeting performance metrics and coordinate timely job changeovers.
• Coordinate with Department Leads to fulfill Work Orders.

Attention to detail is critical to ensuring the highest care is taken with plant equipment and processes.
