ADP, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator I for first shift in Conroe, TX. The role focuses on operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring on-time quality parts, and following detailed work instructions.

You will perform quality checks, assist with machine maintenance, and log outputs while maintaining a safe and clean work area. This position may require early or late hours, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and improve to perform each duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Follow written or oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Start and stop the machine safely without supervision.
• Place unfinished parts and remove finished parts from the machine safely.
• Check part quality with designated measurement instruments; stop machine as needed.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of machinery; operate tools to aid manufacturing.
• Record all machine actions and log completed parts for records.
• Ensure duties are performed safely and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
