Job summary

Shapco Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 1st shift in Conroe, TX. You will safely start/stop machines, load/unload parts, and help maintain equipment to produce quality parts on schedule.

You will perform quality checks, log activities, and follow instructions while working in a team. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and may involve shift variability and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and perform each essential duty.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Start and stop machines safely without supervision.
• Place unfinished parts and remove finished parts from machines.
• Check part quality with designated measurement tools.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Operate tools and equipment to aid manufacturing processes.
• Record machine actions and log completed parts.
