Job summary

Jabil, a leading global engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, seeks a dedicated Machine Operator I to join our precision medical device production line in Monument, Colorado. You will set up and operate equipment to produce screws and TFNA nails, while ensuring calibration and quality standards are met.

As part of a collaborative team, you will perform routine maintenance, monitor quality, and work with leadership to drive efficiency and throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify concerns before they impact production.
• Conduct gauge inspections and verify equipment remains within calibration requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Partner with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Manufacture Precision Medical Devices That Change Lives Join a team producing orthopedic trauma products used by surgeons worldwide. As a Machine Operator I, you'll help manufacture critical components that support patient mobility and recovery.

What You'll Do

• Produce precision trauma device components, including screws and TFNA nails.
• Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including lathes, mills, gun drills, Hasagawa equipment, inspection machines, and other production equipment based on assignment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify concerns before they impact production.
• Conduct gauge inspections and verify equipment remains within calibration requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Partner with production and leadership teams to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required

The hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73.
