(85%)* Maintains all required documentation of work; notifies quality when inspections are required and reports any scrap parts/pieces. (5%)* Notifies manager of any identified issues/errors on processes and/or tools and machines that require repair and/or replacement; notifies quality when inspections are required and reports any scrap parts if applicable; and identifies any issues or errors and notifies supervisor or manager of situation.
