Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for the overall operational performance and leadership of a facility supporting multiple business units. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within a matrix organizational structure. The Site Leader is accountable for delivering a safe, efficient, high-quality operation that consistently meets or exceeds expectations. This position partners closely with business unit leaders and other key stakeholders to align site priorities. A key focus of the role is building a high-performing culture through strong leadership, employee engagement, continuous improvement, talent development, and focused execution. The Site Leader will identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, optimize resources and reduce costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the daily operations of the site, including talent development, safety, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution to achieve operational targets.
  • Management of site MSO P&L, continuous focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and maintain Site metrics on cost, service, and quality, standardized with HS manufacturing site model.
  • Partner with site leaders and matrix leaders to drive standardization and support the strategic consolidation model.
  • Lead the site in a matrix organization with clear direction and collaboration across all functions.
  • Lead and execute projects supporting the expansion of operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives at the site.
  • Foster and promote a culture of operational excellence and Enable a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies, as well as all applicable federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary site liaison with commercial teams and business partners to ensure alignment of operational capabilities with business needs.
  • Support the execution of site strategy and ensure alignment with overall manufacturing goals to drive return.
  • Contribute to the development and management of annual operating and capital expenditure.
  • Build and strengthen organizational capabilities and talent to support current and future business requirements.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure high performance and efficient operational management.
  • Ensure effective inventory control processes, including monitoring cycle count results and addressing discrepancies through corrective actions.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • 10+ years of experience in Operations Management in Warehousing, Distribution or Manufacturing functions
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills in a high growth and dynamic environment
  • Ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics
  • Experience with KPI reporting development and possess a continuous improvement mentality
  • Proven ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic business environment
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

Typically, 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
