Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extrusion and converting machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products, perform quality checks, and document findings accurately.

• Measure and record production data consistently to support continuous improvement.

• Load raw materials, replenish supplies, and ensure smooth operation of machinery.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and process variations promptly.

• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on equipment.

• Read and follow detailed work orders, production schedules, and technical specifications.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with production and quality teams to achieve daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating extrusion or converting machinery preferred.

• Experience with slitting, laminating, rewinding, or similar processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in using measuring tools and performing basic math calculations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of operating extrusion or converting equipment experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

What’s In It for You:

• Competitive salary ranging from $20.50 to $23.50

• Mandatory overtime is not required

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.50 per hour
