Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months as PSI Assistant Machine Operator or relevant experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Data-driven decision-making and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines (gel pack manufacturing).
• Ensure production meets output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor line performance and adjust to maintain efficiency.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Communicate safety, quality, and production concerns to supervisors.
