Kelly Services is seeking a Machine Operator for a premier manufacturing client in Maple Grove, MN. The role offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30pm–10:00pm) with training on 1st shift (5:30am–2:00pm) for 2–3 weeks and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

You will operate automated equipment, set up tooling, perform basic repairs, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime while ensuring quality and safety. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up tooling and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
