Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, including setup, operation, cleanup and improvements.
• Follow GMPs, safety rules and participate in plant safety activities.
• Maximize equipment utilization and reduce downtime; report mechanical issues.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete production/quality reports.
• Train and assist other operators; cross-train on other machines.
• Adhere to production schedule and help optimize the workflow.
