Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking candidates to operate and monitor converting equipment to produce quality corrugated boxes at our Minnesota facility. You will perform machine setup and adjustments, conduct quality checks, and follow safety procedures as part of a collaborative production team to meet daily goals.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 8-10 hours per shift, and readiness for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 20–50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours per shift; overtime is mandatory.
• Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure.

Compensation & Benefits:

$20.51 - $28.30 an hour + shift differential
