Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a production operator in Minnesota to operate and monitor converting equipment, perform setup adjustments, and conduct quality checks to ensure quality corrugated boxes. You will follow safety procedures and work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

The role requires reading a tape measure, standing 8–10 hours per shift, and being able to lift 20–50 pounds with overtime as needed. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Background, drug screen, and pre-employment physical required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds repeatedly and up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.

Compensation & Benefits

$20.51 - $28.30 an hour + shift differential
