Stainless Piping Specialists, an employee-owned company in Omro, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated individuals for general machine operator with fabrication duties. Training on fabrication equipment and opportunities for advancement are available, with 1st and 2nd shift options.

Responsibilities include general fabrication and cutting, set-ups, inspections, and basic material handling. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a capable shop environment, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1 year of fabrication and machine operation preferred.
• Blueprint reading.
• Organizational skills.

• T-Pull, Roll & Cut-Groove operations
• Perform dimensional inspections.
• Detect and report defective materials to the supervisor.
• May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.
• Load equipment with raw material using the overhead crane and/or forklift in order to prepare the equipment for an accurate cut.

Stainless Piping Specialists is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and train within various as a general machine operator with fabrication duties, with Advancement opportunities. Summary/Objective

The machine operator / Fabrication position safely performs cutting and grinding of a variety of Stainless Pipe configurations, with Training on various fabrication equipment.

Essential Functions

• Perform general Fabrication and Cutting operations.
• Make proper set-ups for machine & cut operations.
• T-Pull, Roll & Cut-Groove operations
• Perform dimensional inspections.

• May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.

Education And Experience

Physical Demands

• This position requires standing, walking, & bending throughout the shift, including lifting and/or moving items at times that may be up to 50 pounds.
