Responsibilities
  • Machine Operator – Operations I: Operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality, develop understanding of products, learn principles and practices, handle materials safely, communicate hazards, provide basic training, and cross-train in different areas.
  • Machine Operator – Operations II: All responsibilities of Operations I, plus operate complex machinery independently (minimum 50% stations), and frequently train employees on work instructions.
Requirements
  • High school Diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of relevant machinery operating experience or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, team player, effective communicator, and skilled in using hand tools.
Physical Demands

Regular talking, hearing, manual manipulation; standing, walking; occasional stooping, bending, reaching; lifting up to 50 pounds; computer work; occasional travel.
