Qualifications

• Strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery.

• Proficient with Windows-based software and basic computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to take direction.
• Understand Total Productive Maintenance concepts including Autonomous Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machines to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machines and materials to ensure quality; report problems promptly.
• Support 5 Why analysis to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain machine logs and production data in the computer system.
• Attend daily/weekly technical meetings to discuss productivity and safety.
