Production Castings, Inc. in Fenton, MO is hiring dependable Machine Operators. No die casting experience is required; we provide the training you need to grow your skills and advance within our operation.

Pay is $19.50–$24.00 per hour with weekly pay, full benefits, and a 4-day work week option. Shifts include 5:15 AM–3:45 PM and 3:30 PM–2:00 AM; a Sunday–Thursday night shift is also available. Join a safety-focused team building critical manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load, unload, and monitor manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow established safety procedures.

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring dependable Machine Operators for our Fenton manufacturing facility.

Previous die casting experience is not required. If you are mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn, we will provide the training you need to grow your skills and advance within our operation.

Work Schedule Options

1st Shift – 4-Day Work Week

Monday–Thursday | 5:15 AM–3:45 PM

2nd Shift – 4-Day Work Week

Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:0 AM

3rd Shift

Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

Part-time opportunities are also available.

What You’ll Do
