Job summary

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is seeking Die Casting Machine Operators to join our team across all three shifts. You will operate casting/molding machines and related equipment, ensuring proper die operation and delivering first off parts for inspection.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with a 10% night-shift premium on 2nd shift and a 15% night-shift premium on 3rd shift. Previous experience in injection molding is preferred, along with a GED/HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; 3–6 months related experience or training preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Experience in injection molding preferred.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the die is running properly. Gather first off pieces following set up and deliver to quality for inspection.
• Observe and check assigned casting/molding machine operations.
• Observe quality of products for excessive flash, surface finish of casting and other obvious or specifically cautioned defects.
• Help other operators as needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department supervisor or manager.
