Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking aProduction Associate to support our manufacturing operations in Lorain, Ohio. Under supervision, you will run equipment, inspect products, and help maintain production flow in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Training is provided and cross-training on other production areas is expected to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal directions.
• Able to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, ear protection).
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce products from raw materials to yard stage.
• Inspect product quality and maintain production records.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
• Perform setup, cleaning, and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Cross-train on other production processes and operate conveyors and related equipment.
