Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Machine Operator in Delavan, WI for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will run the castings washer and balancer processes, move materials, and ensure quality throughout production. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with forklift certification and SAP/S4 Hana experience a plus.

Competitive hourly pay and shift differential for 2nd shift, plus comprehensive benefits. Overtime may be required as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating basic machinery and equipment is required.
• Forklift operation license is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office is expected.
• Experience with SAP/S4 Hana ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate washer and balancer processes for castings.
• Load/unload castings and transport materials between areas.
• Balance impellers on Hines balancers and generate work orders/receipts.
• Perform in-process quality checks and address non-conformances.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
