Job summary

Pentair plc in Delavan, WI is hiring a Machine Operator for 1st or 2nd shift to operate in the castings washer and balancer areas, producing quality components to spec.

You will load/unload casting washer, balance impellers on Hines Balancers, and complete work orders while following quality plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operation license is required.
• Basic machine operation skills.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and quality plans.
• Experience with SAP or S/4 Hana ERP is a plus.
• Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Wash castings and transport materials to staging areas or work centers.
• Load and unload casting washer.
• Transport materials to appropriate locations.
• Dynamically balance impellers on the Hines Balancers.
• Generate work orders and receipts; maintain documentation.
