Job summary

Solidify Manufacturing in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate injection molding, blow molding and thermoset machinery in a warehouse setting, and contribute to quality and efficiency.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training. The role includes counting, organizing, labeling, packaging, and staging plastic parts, plus completing paperwork in the computer system. Safety and accuracy are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all pre-employment screening eligibility requirements.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• No experience required, we'll train you.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Will work around moving machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
