Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for 1st shift to set up and operate a range of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment. You will follow instructions, ensure quality, and document production processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; overtime may be required. Competitive starting pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm

Starting pay rate of $18/hr.

Responsibilities:
