SURGE Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator in Michigan to operate an automated welding machine and inspect parts for quality in a fast-paced production environment.

You will load parts, follow computer-guided instructions, monitor the machine, and assist with assembly tasks. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes and grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and operate computer-guided equipment.

Responsibilities

Machine Operator

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $19.14/hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.14/hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
