Job summary

Hoffmaster is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support our production team in Clintonville, WI. No experience required — we provide paid training in a clean, safety-first environment.

Location: Clintonville, WI. Shift: Day Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Pay: $19.00/hour. Hoffmaster offers paid training, holidays, vacation, full benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies
• Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.)
• Clear jams and clean machines as needed
• Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls
• Follow all safety and food-safety procedures (GMP/SQF)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Report issues to operators or maintenance
• Participate in training and equipment care

What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun

Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun

What You’ll Do

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins
