Job summary

Hoffmaster is hiring for full-time Machine Operators in Clintonville, WI. The role offers a rotating night shift (2-2-3) from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Paid training and opportunities for advancement are provided as you contribute to a safe, efficient production line. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and can handle 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies.
• Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
• Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy.
• Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures.
• Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Assist with training new team members as needed.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Pay: $22.09–$24.00/hour
Training may take place on the day shift for a limited period before transitioning to nights.

What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule? Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.

• Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun
