Machine Operator - Aerospace

As a Machine Operator, you will run CNC mills, perform inspections, remove burrs, and complete the finishing process using a combination of hand tools and machinery.

Essential Functions:

• Load raw parts and unload finished parts from the manufacturing cell.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure quality products.
• Complete changeovers in the cell, including changing tooling and fixtures for different jobs.
• Use hand tools for deburring aerospace components.
• Operate manual and automatic hand tools.
• Maintain high quality standards.
• Use microscopes for deburring and quality inspections.
• Operate CMM measuring equipment.
• Operate buffer/washer equipment.
• Scan and move parts as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of essential hand tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday.
• Fridays reserved for overtime when necessary.
• 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• 2nd Shift: 4:15 pm – 2:45 am.
