Our Hammond, Wisconsin factory is looking for both new and experienced Machine Operators to join our team. If you're new to the manufacturing industry, we offer onsite, hands‑on training and all team members are eligible for multiple opportunities for growth, learning and development.

Schedule

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Monday–Thursday with the possibility of Fridays depending on production needs.

Compensation

• Base pay: $19.50 per hour.
• Opportunities for additional pay increases if trained as a secondary or primary operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine, including start‑up, changeover, shutdown, and daily operation.
• Observe and monitor the machine for defects during operation.
• Identify and correct problems on the machine; notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues.
• Use the computer to enter valid information and print roll labels.
• Perform routine quality testing on the product.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Maintain regular, consistent attendance.

• Ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements, and use hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for 12 hours.
