Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work safely, keeping the work area organized, clean, and hazard-free.
• Ensure parts conform to quality and drawing specifications using instruments like micrometers, calipers, gauges, and hardness testing machines.
• Apply knowledge of machining processes and equipment maintenance.
• Load and unload parts carefully into machines.
• Perform equipment run and preventive maintenance as required.
• Remove parts from machines and deposit them in containers.
• Record work output results accurately.
• Process parts through cleaning operations.
• Operate related equipment efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and work well with others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills for reasoning and calculations.
• Ability to read, spell, and type at an average speed.
• Accuracy, diplomacy, and tact in dealing with others.
