Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance tracking.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demands.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and support critical maintenance needs across the facility.
• Identify equipment issues through observation and performance metrics.
• Perform preventative and periodic maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Partner with Reliability Mechanics to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency.
• Train and coach Line Leads and Operators on equipment standards.
