What does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Production Machine Operator works on automated manufacturing equipment, such as conveyor belts, lifts, or forklifts. The role involves maintaining equipment in excellent condition to ensure efficient production of Coca-Cola products.

Job Details:

Schedule: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Monday - Friday, overtime and weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment, replenishing materials as needed throughout the shift
• Set up machinery, ensuring all materials are available
• Visually inspect production runs and document results
• Identify and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Float between multiple production lines as required
• Conduct quality reviews of equipment, maintaining safety and performance standards

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ years of work experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production operations, and industrial technology preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed
• Able to lift 50 pounds
