Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Operator I to support production by operating a variety of equipment and following detailed work instructions. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork across cross‑functional areas to maintain process standards.
Shift: 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday 11:00pm–7:00am; may train on 1st shift during initial weeks. This role offers health/dental/vision coverage, a strong 401(k), and opportunities to grow in a manufacturing environment.
The Operator I supports production by operating a variety of equipment to produce quality product per provided criteria and work instructions. This position is required to cooperate with other cross-functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards. This job description lists major areas of responsibility and additional job activities may be added at any time.
