Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Operator I to support production by operating a variety of equipment and ensuring product quality per instructions. You will work in a cross-functional environment, following safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Shift options include 1st and 2nd shifts with Monday–Friday schedules. The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic math and mechanical skills, and the ability to read and follow work instructions to meet production targets.
The Operator I supports production by operating a variety of equipment to produce quality product per provided criteria and work instructions. This position is required to cooperate with other cross-functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards. Shift Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00-11:00pm
