ALTOUSA is seeking a Machine Operator for first shift to join the production team. You will operate CNC lathe and CNC mill, set up production work, and ensure parts meet specifications with strict safety practices.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of CNC experience, are detail-oriented, and comfortable in a PPE-required environment. Multiple shift opportunities (1st, 2nd, 3rd) may be available and adherence to procedures is essential.

Our client, ALTOUSA is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CNC lathe and mill experience, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the drive to learn and perform consistently in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Pay Range: $20-24/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities

• Operate a CNC lathe and CNC mill with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Set up and run production work while maintaining consistent output and quality standards.
• Follow shop procedures and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Use safe work practices and wear required PPE throughout the shift.
• Support a reliable production schedule by showing up ready to work and staying focused on the job.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience operating a CNC lathe and mill.
• Light industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady, dependable work pace.
• Comfort working in an environment that requires PPE and professional dress.
• Successful completion of required background screening (standard 7-year) and a 6-panel urine drug screen with THC.
