Hours

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday (some Saturdays): 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday (some Saturdays): 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and related activities
• Coordinate production, monitoring multiple lines as needed
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes on the line
• Process injection and/or blow molding machines to improve efficiency and reduce scrap
• Adjust operations, machines, and equipment to correct quality and production issues
• Assist in utility positions during slow periods or as needed
• Monitor resin, material handling, and color systems for proper processing
• Conduct quality checks on products against standards
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate processing information to shift personnel
• Assist other operators as needed
• Operate equipment to minimize waste and maximize regrind and scrap within standards
• Identify regrind and chunk produced
• Maintain open communication with supervisors
• Verify material usage per standards
• Properly identify regrind and chunks

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:00pm - 7:00am
