Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a local client by sourcing a Machine Operator for Braselton, GA.

This role offers a solid opportunity to advance your manufacturing skills and join a winning culture while on assignment with our customer. You will operate equipment such as resistance welders and power presses, complete required training within 90 days, meet daily production goals, and inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or related industrial experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Machine Operator positions in Braselton, GA. • Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) training and machine maintenance requirements within the first 90 days.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and identify unsafe conditions or machine issues.
• Correct minor production problems and report equipment concerns as needed.
• Complete production documentation accurately, including production tickets and process monitoring forms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or related industrial experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting, and tape measure reading.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift materials up to 50 lbs without assistance.
