Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Michigan. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in manufacturing, this could be a great fit!

Two shifts offer competitive pay and overtime opportunities. Weekly pay, benefits, and potential for career growth accompany the role. Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a production environment.

Machine Operator

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in manufacturing, this could be a great fit!

Pay & Shifts

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $19.92/hr

• 3rd Shift (Sun–Thurs, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $20.30/hr

Overtime available and paid for hours worked outside of your scheduled shift, with additional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays.

What You'll Do

• Operate fabrication and production equipment

• Read blueprints and follow work instructions

• Perform quality checks using measuring tools

• Move and handle materials throughout the facility

• Complete basic machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks

• Work safely while meeting production goals

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required

Pay Details: $19.92 to $20.30 per hour
