Qualifications

• At least 1 year in manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement reading.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) within first 90 days.
• Meet production requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols.

As a 3rd Shift Machine OPerator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine OPerator

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Night Shift, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

• Operate assigned manufacturing machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of employment.
• Consistently meet production requirements and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
