THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a dependable Screen Press Operator for our St. Paul, MN facility. You will set up, operate, and maintain screen-printing presses to ensure high-quality printed products.

This full-time, 2nd-shift role runs Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM, onsite in St. Paul. Pay ranges from $26–$30 per hour, with competitive benefits including 401k, medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Screen Press Operator – Full-Time/Direct-Hire – 2nd Shift – Onsite at St. Paul MNWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Press Operator to operate screen-printing equipment and produce high-quality printed products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow job instructions and established production procedures.Prior printing or screen press experience is preferred. This position will focus on setting up, operating, and maintaining screen-printing presses while ensuring consistent print quality and meeting production schedules.Job DetailsFull-time; 2nd Shift, 4 -10-hour shifts – Monday – Thursday (2:30 PM – 1:00 AM)100% Onsite in St. Paul, MNPay Range: $26–$30/hour, depending on experienceCompetitive Benefits: 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision.
