Phillips Distilling Company is currently inviting candidates to apply for a full-time Machine Operator position. This position involves working Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm-2:00am, with occasional overtime.

The Machine Operator ensures the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, including packaging machinery like case packers, sealers, erectors, and palletizers. Responsibilities include maintaining line efficiency, inspecting products, completing documentation, and performing cleaning and light maintenance. The role may also involve assisting in other areas of the production line.

All team members must perform their duties safely and support a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications include the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, basic math skills, computer literacy, and problem-solving abilities. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with machine operation experience being a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for over 10 hours, move throughout the facility, bend, twist, squat, kneel, perform repetitive motions, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, grasp objects, and reach above shoulders.

Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Pay varies based on location, education, skills, and experience.
