JOB DETAILS

Pay: $16.25 plus $1.50 in shift differential

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for roll forming and unloading panel line operation. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of production techniques, great attention to detail, and a dedication to safety. Overtime is anticipated with this full-time, direct hire opportunity.

• Ability to read and comprehend documents including policy manuals, safety rules/programs, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and simple correspondence.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings are required.
• Ability to interpret work instructions in written, oral, or diagram form and solve problems involving multiple variables in standard situations.
• Work effectively to meet deadlines and collaborate within a diverse workforce.
• Willingness to cross-train and pursue promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum one year of related manufacturing or comparable work experience.
• Experience with forklift and/or overhead crane operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with power hand tools.
• Willingness to train, certify, and operate forklift and overhead crane.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with measuring instruments.
