Job summary

Brady Corporation, including Gravotech, is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator for its Duluth, GA Engraving Solutions site. You will operate lamination and hot stamping equipment on a second shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri), ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency.

You will set up and run machinery, monitor outputs, document data in the OEE system, and troubleshoot issues using data-driven methods.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous manufacturing and assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret procedural documents, machine recipes, instructions and production reports.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Schedule flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operation and routine upkeep of hot stamping and lamination machinery.
  • Prepare and adjust equipment according to material specs and job requirements.
  • Deliver high quality finished products meeting company standards while achieving targets and minimizing waste.

  • Record essential data in the OEE system and complete required documentation.
  • Select appropriate raw materials to fulfill production orders and generate finished goods.
  • Follow all safety protocols and machine operating procedures.

What We Need

Our Duluth office is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Machine Operator for our Engraving Solutions business, which includes our Brady and Gravotech brands. This individual will be responsible for the day to day operation of specialized lamination and hot stamping equipment. This individual will be responsible for the setup, operation, and upkeep of the equipment and ensuring the product meets the company’s quality standards.

This is an onsite role at our office located in Duluth, GA. This second shift position is scheduled to work from 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the daily operation and routine upkeep of hot stamping and lamination machinery.

  • Follow all safety protocols and machine operating procedures during all tasks.
