Job summary

Brady Corporation's Duluth, GA facility is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to run lamination and hot stamping equipment on the second shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri). The role requires setup, operation, and ongoing upkeep of specialized machinery to meet quality standards.

You will analyze procedures, document outcomes, and adhere to safety protocols while maintaining efficient production and data records in the OEE system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret procedural documents, machine recipes, instructions and production reports.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation and upkeep of laminating and hot stamping machinery.
• Set up equipment according to material specifications and job requirements.
• Produce high-quality finished products meeting company standards while minimizing waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing data and applying solutions.
• Record data in OEE system and complete required documentation.
• Select raw materials to fulfill production orders and ensure finished goods.
