Job summary

360 Tire Group, an Ecore company, is seeking a Machine Operator to lead the production of upcycled rubber products at our Caddo Mills, TX facility. This is a 2nd shift role (5:00 PM–4:00 AM), Monday through Thursday, with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Shift: 2nd shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
