Pay $21.00 hr 6am- 4pm Mon-Fri
The Tire Technician / Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and performing basic maintenance on assigned production equipment. This role supports daily production goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Regular attendance and participation in departmental, production, safety, and company meetings are required.
Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, climb, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions. Lift and carry materials weighing up to: 50 pounds occasionally 20 pounds frequently 10 pounds continuously Use hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and machinery. Maintain adequate vision and hearing to safely perform job duties. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production and safety matters. Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
