• Perform responsibilities such as paste delivery, utility, seamer operation, relief, depalletizing, etc., as directed by supervisor.
• During downtime, clean and sweep the floor.
• Keep the area neat and organized.
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production.
• Work as a team player with crew members and others in the plant.

· Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules, regulations, including GMPs and safety protocols.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions while performing manual labor tasks.
• Proficiency in basic math, writing, and reading skills necessary for paperwork and projects.
• Good communication skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle pressure.
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others.
• Multi-tasking ability.
• Willing to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Willing to work 45-60 hours/week, including occasional overtime.
