Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or food processing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs and safety documents.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production and packaging equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust as needed.
• Inspect products and perform quality and food-safety checks.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow GMPs, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Communicate status and updates during shift handoffs.
• Meet daily production goals as a team.
• Suggest improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency.
