Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Grain Facility Operator (Bin Technician) in Van Buren, IN. The role involves receiving, storing, conditioning, and monitoring corn before it moves into production. It is a hands-on outdoor position with a Monday–Friday schedule and seasonal summer shifts.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour with $0.50/hour raises after 90 days and after 6 months. Harvest periods can require up to 12 hours daily and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively.
• Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet.
• Flexible schedule to support operational needs, including weekends or extended shifts.
• Drive a semi-truck.
• Drive farm related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grain drying and storage equipment.
• Monitor corn temperature, moisture levels, airflow, and overall quality.
• Collect, prepare, and test corn samples.
• Clean and prepare grain bins between fills.
• Assist with unloading incoming corn deliveries.
• Verify inventory levels and ensure corn is placed in the correct bins.
• Support bin inspections, cleanouts, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Enter quality and inventory data into AS400.
• Safely operate tractors, augers, semi-trucks, and other equipment.
• Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
