Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machines to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiency.
• Monitor machine and material flow to ensure quality and production standards; report issues promptly.
• Participate in 5 Why analysis to identify root causes and minimize downtime.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area following 5S and safety procedures.
• Record production run quantities, waste, downtime, and logs in computer system; communicate downtime and resolutions to supervisor.
• Attend daily/weekly technical meetings to discuss productivity and safety issues and propose improvements.
