Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Machine Operator for the Windsor, CO area. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering hands-on training, growth, and exposure to multiple manufacturing processes and machines.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle small parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate punch presses, force gauges, tumbling equipment, tube loaders, ultrasonic wash equipment, and other production machinery.
• Wash domes as part of the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products and accurately record dome readings.
• Learn and understand production procedures and quality standards.
• Cross-train on a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all parts meet established quality specifications.
• Complete daily production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with overtime when business needs require.
