Job summary

Bron Aerotech, LLC. is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator I in Denver, Colorado. The role involves supporting warehouse operations and operating various machinery to prepare and ship orders.

The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Day shift, Monday–Friday; open until filled; training and safety programs available.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and understand written direction.
• Hands-on material handling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
• Highly attentive to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production and sales environment.
• Some forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Slitting adhesive materials per customer specifications.
• Packaging and kitting orders.
• Preparing orders for shipment per customer requirements.
• Operating slitting machines, shrink tunnels, pallet wrappers, click presses, and basic CNC programs with proper setup Techniques.
• Performing quality inspections of finished goods during and after production.
• Utilizing Warehouse Management System to track material and record orders.
• Maintaining lot segregation and quality control throughout the warehouse.
• Material handling, inspection, and product verification.
• Participate in inventory management and validation.
• Adhering to machine maintenance schedules and maintaining service logs.
• Process documentation and adherence to robust quality program.
• Maintaining safety, organization, and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
